Due to the labor intensive nature of this item I can only take orders for muffins on Thursdays and Fridays from 9am - 5pm for the following week's baking schedule.

I’m getting so close to adding these to my menu! The ones on the bottom were cooked on the griddle all the way through. The ones on top were finished in the convection oven with a probe thermometer. The latter is definitely the way to go. These guys fermented in the fridge for a few days. Hopefully they have really good flavor.

Recipe test #2 going much better so far. These guys just went in the fridge for a long cold nap to develop that sourdough flavor. 🤞🏻

Update: Recipe #1 was a big fat FAIL! Super wet, sticky dough that would not hold it's shape well. Back to square one with Recipe #2. I'm on a mission now.

I got some unexpected free time this week so I've started testing English Muffin recipes, finally. For those that have asked about sandwich size muffins, the cutters are on their way! 😁

Good morning neighbors! I'm so excited! I've been dreaming of this Ankarsrum Assistent for a year and I finally made the investment! This machine will save me so much time and labor. Instead of weighing out and mixing three double batches in three different Kitchenaid mixing bowls, I'll be able to weigh and mix up to 11 pounds of dough ( 8 loaves ) in one big batch. I can hardly wait to use it. Who wants some sourdough bread? 😁
