Wheat Creation: Sourdough Tortillas!

Wheat used: Spelt

Using the tiktok tortilla press hack. Heat the cast iron tortilla press and use it normally with your tortilla dough. I used about 20 seconds for each side. These were amazingly chewy and flexible!

Answer: Conversion Chart!

We used this recipe from Bread Beckers Cookbook and converted it to grams and sourdough. We had to add a bit water to our liking and the rest was a breeze!
