There are weeks you grab one cookie.
This is not shaping up to be one of those weeks. (AUG 28 - SEP 3)

✨GOLDEN CHURREO - Cinnamon sugar dough with Golden Oreo chunks, cream-filled center, rolled in cinnamon sugar, topped with more Golden Oreo and a cream cheese glaze.They didn’t ask to be here but they’re staying.

🧁 CRAVE CUPCAKE (CHILLED) - Vanilla sugar dough with rainbow sprinkles, pressed in sugar, cake batter cream cheese frosting piped on top, and more sprinkles.
Served cold. The sprinkles are baked into the dough. The ones on the frosting are just showing off.

🐢 CHOCOLATE TURTLE - Brown sugar dough with praline pecans, chocolate chips, caramel bits, and a caramel center, covered edge to edge in melted milk chocolate. If you’ve had a turtle candy, you know where this is going. We just made it bigger.

🥜 THE SCOTCHEROOKIE - Peanut butter dough with butterscotch chips, milk chocolate chips, Reese’s peanut butter chips, and crispy rice cereal, stuffed with a whole marshmallow crispy rice treat. There is a whole marshmallow treat sealed in the center. The recipe kept going after that.

🔥 BISCOFF S’MORE (Monthly Craving) (NEW) - Biscoff dough rolled in cookie crumbs with white chocolate and toasted marshmallow, finished with warm Biscoff drizzle.
Pace yourself or don’t.

🍬 TWIX BROWNIE (NEW) - Brownie dough with chopped Twix, caramel bits, shortbread crumble, and a caramel drizzle. A candy bar rebuilt as a deep-dish brownie cookie.

🍫 THE BUENO - Vanilla dough with milk chocolate, Kinder Bueno pieces, and a White Nutella drizzle. Europe’s favorite candy bar gets the deep-dish treatment.

🥜 THE PARENT TRAP - Oreo dough with a whole Oreo, a melted peanut butter center, and a po drizzle. Two classics separated at birth, reunited in one cookie.

🍰 RASPBERRY CHEESECAKE (CHILLED) - Signature sugar dough with cheesecake spread, raspberry filling, and crushed graham cracker. Cold and creamy, and the raspberry gets the last word.

Somehow one week holds four new cookies, a national holiday for the chocolate chip, and the last days of the Campfire S’more and the Strawberry Cheesecake Crookie. Pace yourself. (JUL 31 - AUG 6)

💥 BISCOFF EXPLOSION - Cookie butter dough with crushed Biscoff, white chocolate chips, a molten cookie butter center, and a Biscoff drizzle. Served warm. Biscoff five ways. We counted.

🍫 CHOCOLATE LAVA - Cocoa cookie with a molten dark chocolate ganache center, dusted with powdered sugar.
Served warm. Break it open first.

⚡️BAKED BUTTERBEER - Butterscotch dough with toffee bits and white chocolate chips. Served warm. July 31 is a certain boy wizard’s birthday. We baked accordingly.

🖤 CHILLED COOKIES & CREAM (CHILLED) - Dark cookies and cream cookie with crushed Oreo inside and out, topped with cookies and cream frosting. Served cold. For the cold cookie people.

🍫 DUBAI CHOCOLATE - Chocolate dough with pistachio cream folded in, toasted kataifi, milk chocolate, and a white drizzle across the top. The trend, rebuilt as a cookie.

🥜 REESE’S PB EXPLOSION - Peanut butter dough packed with Reese’s Pieces and a whole Reese’s cup baked into the middle. Peanut butter and chocolate, all the way through.

🎉 DUNKAROO DETOUR - Funfetti dough loaded with rainbow sprinkles and stuffed with thick funfetti frosting. The snack pack you dipped after school, grown into a cookie.

🔥 CAMPFIRE S’MORE (Monthly Craving) - Graham dough with toasted marshmallow and Hershey’s milk chocolate.

❄️ CHILLED BISCOFF OREO (CHILLED) - Oreo cookie served cold, layered with cream cheese frosting, a Biscoff cookie butter drizzle, and crushed Oreo on top. Cookies and cream met cookie butter and stayed for the cold.

💥 CHOCOLATE BISCOFF EXPLOSION (NEW) - Chocolate dough with Biscoff cookie butter and Biscoff crumble. The original earned the name. This one inherits it in chocolate.

🍰 OREO CHEESECAKE - Cookies and cream dough with cheesecake filling, Oreo crumble, and white drizzle. A cheesecake that decided to be a cookie. No objections here.

🔥 CAMPFIRE S’MORE (Monthly Craving) - Graham cracker dough with toasted marshmallow and Hershey’s milk chocolate. At this point it lives here.

🫐 CHILLED BERRY CRUMBLE (CHILLED) - Sugar dough with mixed berry compote, streusel crumble, and whipped cream. Cold on purpose. July agrees with it.

🥜 SALTED CARAMEL REESE’S - Peanut butter dough with Reese’s cups, salted caramel, and sea salt. Sweet, salty, and fully aware of what it’s doing.

🔥 CAMPFIRE S’MORE (Monthly Craving) - Graham cracker dough with milk chocolate chips, rolled in graham crumbs, topped with toasted marshmallows and a square of Hershey’s chocolate. July’s pick. The campfire comes to you.

🎆 FROSTED FIREWORK - Snickerdoodle cake dough rolled in cinnamon sugar, frosted with cake batter cream cheese frosting, and finished with red, white, and blue sanding sugar. The only fireworks you’re allowed to set off indoors.

🎂 BIRTHDAY CAKE - Golden Oreo sprinkle dough stuffed with a fudgy brookie dough center and finished with a vanilla drizzle. A party on the outside, chocolate at the middle.

🍰 BETTER THAN CHEESECAKE (CHILLED) - Chocolate pudding dough loaded with graham cracker pieces, topped with cheesecake whipped cream, more graham, and a Ghirardelli caramel drizzle. Served cold and somehow better than the real thing.

🖤 THE BISC-OREO - Crushed Oreo dough stuffed with a Biscoff cookie butter core and a whole Oreo, finished with melted Biscoff drizzle and Oreo dust. Two cookies went in so this one could exist.

🍓 STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE (CHILLED) - Pastry sugar dough with crushed strawberry Poptart, Lorna Doone cookies, a strawberry cream spread, fresh whipped cream, and a shortbread crumble. Served cold, eats like summer.

🍞FRENCH TOAST (NEW) - Cinnamon sugar dough rolled tall and baked, finished with a maple butter ribbon and a dusting of cinnamon sugar. Breakfast you can hold in one hand.

❤️ RED VELVET OREO - Red velvet dough with white chocolate chips, crushed Oreos folded through, and a powdered Oreo finish on top. Cookies in the cookie, the way it should be.

🥨 PB CARAMEL PRETZEL - Peanut butter dough with Reese’s peanut butter chips, crushed pretzels, and caramel bits. Sweet and salty doing exactly what they do best.
