Due to continuing issues with arthritis in my hands, I will no longer be taking new orders for wedding cakes this year. This may be one of the last I will be making for a long while. Congratulations Adie and Jesse!

Posted some pics of cakes I haven't had time to upload until now, as well as the cake made for my brother-in-law's birthday party. He loved it. More elaborate than your typical birthday cake, but it WAS his 50th, and a firefighter--so awesome people like firefighters should always have an awesome cake!

Announcement: Cooks Cottage Cakery (previously Cooks Cakes and Confections) will no longer be accepting orders for small occasion cakes (birthdays, showers, etc.). I will continue to do wedding cakes and cupcakes for weddings, but the small special occasion cakes are no longer lucrative enough for me to take so much time away from my family on the weekends. I cannot begin to tell you how much I appreciate your support and patronage through the years, and thank all of my previous clients for trusting me with your special day cakes!
