Made this for a friend. His favorite desserts are German Chocolate cake, and red velvet cake...these are definitely insane choices for one person. So, because my refusal button is so large I chose not to make either, and make this instead. A red velvet, white chocolate, oreo, German chocolate frosting, Carmello cookie pie. After a couple of bites he had the nerve to say it just needs ice cream. 😲😲😲 I'm sticking by my prior "insane" choice of words. 😆😆😆

Mother's Day 2026 boxes were a hit. It was a riff off Roselyn Bakery one of my baking muse. The Dot cookies are my absolute fave, but I had to include lemon crack. I've officially come out of lemon crack retirement. I'm just never gonna be able to get away with not making it. 😁😁😁

It’s time for Half/Measure’s Spring Subscription. This subscription includes a variety of old favorites and trending desserts for Valentines Day, St. Patrick’s Day, and Easter. I’ve always maintained that subscriptions remain reasonably priced ($75 per subscription-only 12 subscriptions for sell) despite economic uncertainties. This year’s no different. The most ardent bakers are able to create within their means, and still financially support our work. I encourage all people to shop local, as you know where your hard earned monies go and support.
