I thought I would share some exciting news with everybody. I finally got back the email and pictures from the teachers event that I was a part of. Now once again I usually do not make cakes for various reasons one being my OCD and me thinking that each cake has to be perfect. On the other side of the coin my cake picked sixth out of 50 desserts and it raised over 2,900 towards this teacher's fundraiser! How awesome is that!?

Today The Batter Bowl-Indy had the opportunity to participate in a huge fundraiser event at the Biltwell. The organization is called Teachers Treasures. If you haven't heard about this organization I would kindly suggest that you go over to their website and take a peek. This organization helps support Marion county teachers in many different aspects. They do so many wonderful things like this event once a year and a silent auction that financially helps these struggling teachers. I thank you for the opportunity to help and support local teachers!

Trying out new recipes. Did you know I make mini muffins? Well now you do! They are made from scratch, wholesome, no corn syrup, no preservatives just simply delicious! These are chocolate chips but I also do banana,double chocolate, strawberry, blueberry and birthday cake! 😋 They are perfect for small hands...and busy mornings!
