Hi everyone,

I know it’s been a while since I’ve posted. This year hasn’t been kind to our family. Those close to us know just how rough these past few months alone have been.

It’s been a pleasure to share my love for sweets with family, friends, and the gluten free community. At this time I’ve decided to step back from the business. Honestly I’ve not had the drive or motivation for baking. Rather than force it, I’m focusing on other things and trying to improve my mental health. I’m hoping that in time I can get back to it.

To everyone who has been there for us, or has supported my small business, I hope you know how much it means to me.

These ✨GLUTEN FREE✨ bundtlettes were so much fun to make! I’m thinking about branching into making different flavors and offering them weekly 🗓️.

I created these as “spare tires” to go with my son’s Fast One birthday party 🥳. They were a hit!

Decadent chocolate cake dipped in dark chocolate, topped with vanilla buttercream for a nice balance of flavor 😁.

Yesterday was our son’s first birthday! 🎉 This year has gone by so fast! Though we moved his party to next weekend, I still wanted him to have his smash cake, so of course I made him one. I went with a gluten free strawberry funfetti cake, layered with strawberry reduction, and my homemade cream cheese frosting. This boy loves strawberries, so I added more reduction and fresh strawberries to the top. We may have helped him with eating some of it 😅. This cake was packed with flavor and so moist! 🤤

Today we reflect, in midst of Easter egg hunts with our son and cute bunny ears, on the fact there was a Lamb who sacrificed His life for us. All of us! And the best part? Even death couldn’t separate us from Him because He overcame the grave! Have a blessed Easter everyone ✝️ 🤍.
