Have you ever made a pizza bagel? Cut a bagel in half, and place the two halves on a cookie sheet with the insides facing up. Spoon on pizza sauce, your favorite toppings, and cheese. Bake in the oven at 350 until very lightly browned. Best with plain, sesame, or whole wheat bagels. Enjoy!
