Who can tell me what these 3 Indy chefs have in common?

A recent history lesson:
Some years ago, there was a restaurant here in Indianapolis called Cerulean (IYKYK). These three became close friends in that kitchen and pushed each other to become better cooks and chefs. In the years that followed, they went their separate ways but always remained friends. Now each one has their own restaurant to run. Alan at Bluebeard | Indy Restaurant, Esteban at Julieta taco shop and Pete Schmutte here at Leviathan.

Now, for one night, these 3 friends will come together again in one kitchen. Sunday, July 19th at Bluebeard, there will be a menu takeover. No tickets, walk-ins welcome, reservations also allowed. 3 chefs with dishes on the menu. Pete will be taking over the entire dessert menu that night and returning to plated desserts. Come out!

Happy Pride Parade day, all! With the parade kicking off right down the street today we're sure we will see many of you out and about.
We have these RainBow-Ties in the case today, filled with cereal milk cream, along with a ton of our usual favorites. Stop by while in the area and fuel up. It's going to be a gorgeous day for a parade!

This lemon & basil tart, new in the case, is incredibly delicious. Lemon basil curd and light as air toasted meringue in a sable' pastry shell finished with crystallized basil sugar.
