Feeding my sourdough starter this morning because it’s time to make sandwich loaves for my family!

I’ll have a little extra starter going, so I figured I’d make a few extra loaves while I’m at it.

Our family sandwich loaves are made with sourdough, olive oil, and local honey. Soft, slightly sweet, and perfect for sandwiches, toast, or just eating warm with a little butter.

DOUGH PREP DAY.

There’s just something about seeing those sourdough loaves tucked into the fridge for a long, cold ferment. Now the waiting begins!

Our sourdough loaves are cold fermenting tonight so I can start baking tomorrow night and have fresh, homemade sourdough bread ready for the market.

If you’re in the Indy area, come see us Tuesday at the Beech Grove Farmers Market from 10 AM–1 PM and grab a fresh loaf for your week.
