Such a bittersweet moment posting this here. I’ve taken a break from making bagels, because we’re MOVINGGG! And not just moving, but moving to TEXAS ✈️❤️

My hopes were far exceeded when I created this page and was able to share my creations with you all! THIS IS NOT THE END✨

My goals for Texas are BIG! I am aiming to start selling at local farmers markets! I cannot wait to bring Emilee’s Sourdough Selection to the amazing state of Texas! 🎉

What is it?: A flat leavened Italian bread

Texture: a spongy, soft inside, with a crunchy crust

What do you do with focaccia?: Toppings for my focaccia are usually salt, rosemary, and thyme. The pieces can be dipped in an oil, topped with a spread, or used as sandwich bread!
