Take your product development skills beyond the classroom.

Finalist teams in ASB’s 2027 Product Development Competition will travel to Atlanta to present at BakingTECH in February 2027, connect with professionals from across the commercial baking industry, and compete for part of the $20,000 prize award.

It is also a chance to put your work in front of potential employers, build industry connections, and show how you approached a real-world product development challenge from formulation through scale-up.

Travel, hotel, and meal expenses are also covered for finalists. Full-time degree-seeking students are eligible to apply at schools within mainland US, Canada and Mexico (see our webpage for full eligibility requirements).
