Well hello there yall, Ik ik il its been awhile life has been life-ing and the world keeps on spinning. I have been in the lab making some new treats and experimenting with different kinds of combos and treats so last night, I wanted to practice piping and filling ⏸️ so I figure I try to make a dessert that allows that so I made some cannolis from the wrist. I made a sweet limoncello ricotta filling and a plain shell so it doesn’t overpower the flavor. I will say that Clemenza would be proud to take this cannoli!!!!

We have steamed broccoli, blanched shrimp with the infamous cocktail sauce, lobster tail, round steak with a homemade bearnaise butter and baby red mashed potatoes.
