This dish is another dinner prep after work. You can use Spaghetti, Linguine, or Fettuccine for this pasta dish.
First chop your Italian Parsley, shred your fresh Parmesan and set aside for later.
If using fresh prawns, prepare them second. Then saute in a mix of melted butter, fresh minced garlic (to taste), and three shakes of Old Bay Seasoning. Once prawns are fully cooked, place lid on skillet to keep warm.
Prepare the pasta to preferred texture. While pasta is cooking, Mix sauce ingredients in a separate skillet. Allow it to cook until the alcohol has evaporated from the wine.
Lightly toast your choice of bread in the oven.
Once the sauce and pasta are ready, mix together, adding in chopped parsley.
Next, sprinkle desired amount of fresh shredded Parmesan on pasta.
Place Prawns around Pasta, add fresh toasted bread and garnish with Parsley.

Not your ordinary apple 🍏 pie. This one is made with tart Granny Smith apples. Baked well with a little crunch left. It is sweet enough to make you smile and tart enough to make your taste buds jump for joy.
Decorated with stars and coarse sugar, this one is picnic ready!
