We are fortunate to have so many in the community who support our shop. We always try to do the same and support other locally owned/operated small businesses - it is what keeps our communities thriving.
We just started training Muay Thai at Apex Combat and Fitness Gym with Gary Barrett who is the owner. He is a terrific guy and trainer with the experience to teach adults and kids (my daughter goes also), he really knows his craft! The place is spotless and the workouts are great, what a skill to learn!

It's official! We picked up the keys for our newest location in Waxhaw on Providence Road South, the former Java's Brewing and Bakery location. The space will undergo a bit of a renovation and we are hoping to have our doors open mid to late fall.
We are very excited about this opportunity and look forward to supporting the community!

Hope everyone had a great Mothers Day! A special thank you to the mom's that worked at the shop yesterday; It's always a busy day with traffic being non-stop! But to top it off, it was our busiest day ever; we had a TON of breakfast sandwiches that came off our griddle and our staff did an amazing job at handling it! There were a few wait times that were a bit longer than we would have liked, but everybody was patient and understanding, so thank you; we'll make adjustments to that going forward to handle the load, but for sure, it was a great day!
