We are missing all our friends at the market. With changes in the cottage food laws, we are looking for options to be able to continue. One possibility we were looking into was a co-op storefront/kitchen. We will try to keep everyone posted on our progress.

How did the monks do this for centuries and not run into these same problems?

I'll still make it up to the market to take pictures, so if you have any great ideas throw them my way!

Well, the Farmer's Market in Liberty is winding down and we are done for the season. We will still take online orders and can deliver to the Liberty Square at a set time Saturday mornings or you can pick up from my house Saturday afternoons. We had such a great time at the Historic Downtown Liberty Farmer's Market! It truly is one of the best in the whole Kansas City area! We enjoyed getting to know all the people who frequent the market and I look forward to catching up with each an every one of you! Thank you for supporting us!!!!!

Come 9:30 it sounds like a war zone in the kitchen, artillery going off left and right. The yeast-ies have so much fun they pop the lids off the proofing bowls. I'll have to video it some time. It's quite impressive!

Just as a heads up to our Liberty Farmer's Market friends:
They are moving us!!!! And if you know me, you know I'm terrible with directions so the best I can tell you is we are going to be kind of near the Balloon artist Clown and the walking tacos….

For those of you who haven't made it out to the Historic Downtown Liberty Farmer's Market…. the fact that we have a Balloon artist Clown AND walking tacos in one place should be
reason enough!!!!!

With the unseasonably cool weather this morning my mind is turning to holiday treats. We have a partnership brewing that may result in Gingerbread product development.
