Monday Hospital Market today at 9:30am-1:30pm!

Sourdough always goes great with soup! This is a late summer roasted tomato sourdough soup. Yes, a big, thick slice of sourdough was added into the soup, cooked for a few minutes longer, blended it up and topped with olive oil and basil. Inspired by and from their book Jerusalem. Sourdough accompaniment, Sesame and Amarillo sourdough breads.

Lucky Crow Farmstand & Eatery in Monmouth is wonderful!!!

Maybe we are a little biased because we love Lucky Crow Farm, but also we love farm to table and it doesn’t get any fresher than this. Eden harvests from her farm daily, and Lindsay turns that freshness into magic. They use local, seasonal ingredients from other local farms in addition to the beautiful veggies that have become the star of each plate. You can even grab some produce to take home as well. We are so glad to have such an amazing restaurant nearby!

Congratulations to our friends for your beautiful, thoughtful and delicious place! Go down the alley next to Monmouth City Hall, sit inside or out, enjoy the art and courtyard, and try this place ASAP!!!

Come get your sourdough bread at the Monday Hospital Market today and next week(every Monday!), no Saturday market on 8/22.
Every year I have to make a peach and tomato caprese and this was accompanied with our Amarillo Sourdough. We will also have Semolina Sourdough for our special loaf today and the hearty Country bread as well.

S’mores cookie is back! Salem Saturday Market 9-2.

Sourdough special today is wild and spicy, with sunny dried tomatoes and a chili peppers to light up your life. Watch out! There are Buena Mulata, Sugar Rush Peach, Poblano and Jalapeño peppers (which we grew from starts (yes, they have peppers!), which have been just beautiful with a plentiful harvest so far. I’ll put photos in the stories.

See you today and Monday, we’re off next Saturday (8/22), but will be at both of the Monday markets for your sourdough and cookies fix.
