Monday Hospital Market at Salem Health tomorrow, 9:30am-1:30pm!

These are Coconut Potato Chip Rainbow Sprinkle “Pride” Cookies, which were a hit yesterday at the Salem Saturday Market!!! They have some almond flour to complement the toasted coconut, homemade toasted coconut extract, sea salt potato chips and dye-free sprinkles.

We will be there shine or SHINE and have plenty of sourdough including Semolina, which is special this week.

So many amazing products at the Salem Saturday Market! There are lots of great farms, including Karmasin, which is back again this year! He will be moving around a little bit, so you have to go find him(use the vendor map!). The carrots, zucchini and heads of lettuce are from them and since they aren’t on social media, I wanted to give a shoutout for them.

These are Rhubarb Blondies which are gluten-friendly*(made in the same kitchen with wheat, but with separate utensils, bowls, etc, and a lot of care) and made with local rhubarb.

Heading to the Salem Saturday Market with this focaccia, which is a little different today! We used some blue cornmeal and semolina instead of spelt and topped with rosemary, Hawaiian Red Salt and herbs. Spelt is the sourdough special today!
