Hello, all!

I took a break from baking to focus on work, but I am so excited to get back to baking!!

While I wrap up my school year commitments, I still won't be able to take on large orders.

But fear not, cookie lovers! You can find me at the Independence Farmers & Makers Market, tomorrow morning! I'll be set up with my canopy, so rain or shine we can still enjoy some home-baked cookies!!

I love the science of baking! 🤩
One of my favorite "crumbs" to bake, Cinnamon Rolls! 🤎🤍

Warm milk, yeast, sugar, flour in just the right amounts. Mix them together and it forms a soft ball of dough. Let it rest with a warm towel and it will more than double in size, creating a fluffy dough pillow! Roll it, dress it, cut it, and cover again and it continues to grow! Place it in the oven and it will get a nice crunch on the outside and stay deliciously soft in the middle! Lastly, top it with a sugary glaze to perfect every bite! 😋
