I’ve got lots of growth from friends, customers & followers here on my business page - let me put a face to the name for those of you who are new here!

I’m Dani, the owner of MBC. We are fast approaching on year 6 of official bakery business! I have 2 labrador retrievers, Benny and Moo, who identify as “out of kitchen” emotional support- and I have the best husband in the world, Cole, who is everything else behind the operation. Late night grocery store runs, delivery runs, and best hype man around.

Outside of baking, we enjoy camping, golfing, and just relaxing with our friends.

The name “Midnight Baking” was born as I typically bake after my day job, usually into the early morning hours. I have been in the first responder field since I was a teen, and I currently also work at Herkimer County 911 and at MOVAC ambulance. (By the way- all first responders receive a 10% discount on all orders!) I recently transitioned to part time to pursue this dream of mine on a full time basis… and while scary at first, it’s proven to be the best decision I’ve ever made. Because of all of you, I get to do what I love every single day.

Finally, I have been working on a new, expanded menu- which will be out in the next couple of days!

Thank you to all my friends, family, and customers- both old and new- for allowing me to bake for you. I hope to create some delicious treats for you soon!
