So this week’s sourdough is getting a little ✨bougie✨ with freshly milled einkorn flour! 🌾🍞

I meant to order whole grain einkorn flour… instead, I accidentally bought whole einkorn berries. So naturally, I had to panic until I found a sweet friend who let me borrow her grain mill. 🤷‍♀️😂

Accidental experiment? Absolutely.
Delicious? We sure hope so. 😆
