Playing with baguette formulas again, half whole grain stone milled locally grown khorosan (kamut)....family gives this one a thumbs up. Toothy, creamy and nutty, lots of holes-this one is going in my bakers notebook as a keeper :)
If you are interested in trying this heirloom variety wheat, the whole grain and flour are being stocked downtown at Persnickety Lemon.
