1st bake of 2018-all whole grain house milled red fife oat and rye sourdough. Had a 48 hour cold proof hanging out in the garage, gotta love an Idaho winter! Creamy crumb, extra crunchy crust--->happy campers

This week at the shop-always a favorite simple multigrain sourdough and vegan multigrain chai rhubarb apple almond scone. Yum!!

Playing with baguette formulas again, half whole grain stone milled locally grown khorosan (kamut)....family gives this one a thumbs up. Toothy, creamy and nutty, lots of holes-this one is going in my bakers notebook as a keeper :)
