Payment:
Full payment is due at least 2 weeks prior to pickup or shipping. Failure to pay on time will result in your order being canceled. Payments
can be made through; Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal ( a 2.5% service fee will be added if paying through PayPal) to [email protected]
Cancelations:
If canceled at least 14 days prior to pickup or shipping date, a full refund will be issued. If canceled 7-13 days prior to pickup or shipping date, your order will be refunded 50% or you can reschedule your order. If canceled with 6 or fewer day notice, no refund or rescheduling will be issued. Caring for your cookies:
Mandy’s Sugar Forge is not responsible for your cookies once they have been picked up or shipped. Handle cookies with care, they are fragile. Keep cookies in a cool, dry place. Can be frozen; to thaw, place on counter in original packing and allow all condensation to disappear before opening. Do not leave cookies in a hot vehicle or direct sunlight for an extended period of time. Do Not refrigerate. Doing so will result in icing discoloration. Shipping:
Mandy’s Sugar Forge is not responsible for lost and/or damaged cookies during shipping. To protect your purchase, additional insurance is recommended for orders over $50 and can be added to your shipping cost. If damage does occur, you are responsible for filing a claim with the USPS. All USPS Priority shipments are automatically insured for $50. Upon Payment, you are agreeing to all terms and conditions
