I had mentioned earlier that I was having issues with the heat melting the buttercream that fills the cookies. I was planning to start up again once the weather cools. My family will soon be relocating. Please check back later when I will be up and running again.

It’s been so hot! Hard to set up a tent outside without buttercream melting. My next tent event will be at the 1st Annual War Bonnet Rodeo Roundup Mutton Bustin Qualifier. This will take place at the field next to Teton Toyota, on Saturday July 30, 11-3.

If you are in the Idaho Falls area, we are taking orders for local pickup/ delivery on June 30. Contact us to place your order by June 28. Custom orders are only available by the dozen of the same flavor. $40/ dozen + ID sales tax.

I also make them strawberry only or blueberry/ blackberry only.

Berries n Cream——a strawberry cookie paired with blackberry/ blueberry cookie, filled with vanilla buttercream. I also have a couple of strawberry only cookies or blueberry/ blackberry only cookies

Birthday Cake (has red, white and blue sprinkles), filled with white vanilla buttercream, or blue vanilla buttercream, or chocolate buttercream

Strawberry Shortcake——cake batter cookie filled with strawberry buttercream

S’mores—chocolate chip cookie with added marshmallows and graham cracker chunks, filled with a marshmallow buttercream

Half-Baked——undercooked chocolate chip cookie with a chocolate buttercream
