Chocolate Yule Log Season 😍🌲

Clement's Pastry Shop is famous for our Holiday Yule Logs. This year our Yule Log is comprised of our chocolate sponge filled with our decadent dark chocolate icing. The log is then iced with more chocolate icing, topped with a chocolate 'knot', holly leaves and holiday decor.

These will be the star of the show for any and all holiday parties!

The Yule Logs are available in 12" and 24" sizes. Our recommended servings are 12" (~20 servings) and 24" (~40 servings)

Homestyle Breakfast Bread 😍

These 24 oz delicious homestyle breakfast loaves are the perfect complement to any breakfast table. A traditional style combined with rich flavors make for the perfect start of the day.

These loaves come in 6 different flavors; Apple Raisin, Banana Nut, Blueberry, Cranberry, Marble and a Seasonal Selection. Our breakfast breads are sold individually or by the 6 count assorted case.

These loaves serve a perfect cross functional purpose for chefs and food service locations that need to provide retail options and / or catering and continental breakfast options.

This delicious two layer mousse cake consists of layers of Devil’s Food cake filled with a vanilla bean mousse. Topped with a layer of caramel, a velvety milk chocolate mousse, and then a poured dark chocolate ganache top.

Like all of our cakes, this is a 10 inch round and comes pre portioned with 16 slices. These are perfect for plate up functions or on dessert buffets. Feed a small dinner party for 20 guests, or a banquet for 500 guests - everyone will love this Milky Way Mousse Cake

This decadent individual dessert is made with dark rum soaked chocolate sponge cake layered with a crunchy Feullitine chocolate mousse. Finished with a rich dark chocolate glaze and an imported chocolate decortif.

These desserts are sold in cases on 12 each, and are perfect for a higher end plate up event for 24 to 240+ people!

Our individual sized fruit tart is a buttery sweet 3.25" tart shell filled with a house made pastry cream, topped with assorted seasonal fresh fruit and finished with an apricot glaze.

Peach Bellini Mousse Cake 😍

Summer feels like it is here, and this summer we are featuring one of our favorite cakes of all time - Peach Bellini Mousse Cake.

This cake consists of 2 layers of our vanilla cake split and filled with a champagne 🍾mousse folded with diced sweet peaches 🍑. The cake is then finished with a marbled peach glaze top.

These cakes are all 10" round and pre cut into 16 slices. These are perfect additions for summer time plate ups, buffets or restaurant menus!

This sensational chocolate dessert is made with layers of dark, semi-sweet, and white chocolate mousse nestled upon decadent dark chocolate sponge cake. Finished with a poured semi-sweet chocolate glaze and garnished with imported chocolate decorations.

This is our Premier Tres Leches Cake. The cake is three layers of yellow cream cake soaked in sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk and heavy cream. Then filled and topped with real whipped cream, and garnished with chocolate shavings. Simple, refined and delicious!

This cake is quickly becoming one of our most popular Premier Cakes. With Cinco de Mayo this week we will make over 600 of these just this week!

The cake is 10" round and precut into 16 slices which makes it perfect to serve whole on a buffet table or easy to plate for a larger sit down function.

All eyes on Boston today, and our gaze is fixed on our Boston Cream Pie.

Our version of this timeless dessert is composed of our house made pie crust filled with a rich Bavarian cream, a thin layer of yellow sponge cake to support even more Bavarian cream and finished with a dark chocolate exterior. Delicious!

All of our pies are 10" round and come uncut. This allows our end customer full control of portioning based on their specific needs and purposes. From a hotel lunch buffet, to a retirement home's plated dessert or on a restaurants dessert cart our pies will be a hit for your next menu cycle, event or special function.

This cake has it all! It is made with Clement's Pastry Shop's signature New York cheesecake swirled with raspberry preserves and white chocolate. The cheesecake is baked with a crumbled chocolate cookie crust and topped with more raspberry preserves and white chocolate pieces.
