Trivia Time! Did you know the TCU Dutchmen were named after Dutch Meyer, former player and head football coach at TCU? "The purpose of the Dutchmen is to maintain and continue campus wide traditions as well as instruct the notorious TCU student section at both TCU football and TCU basketball games."

Also, my dad's step-brother is in the TCU Athletics Hall of Fame, and later played in Super Bowl I for the KC Chiefs. How cool is that?!

This hot weather has me dreaming of cooler temperatures and the holidays! Before I invest in packaging, I wanted to see if there is any interest in cookie Advent boxes? These would be available on December 1st, and would contain mini Christmas cookies that are each heat sealed for freshness. A 12 Days of Christmas option would also be available.

Caution: playing in kitchen can result in delicious treats! Played around with a couple of recipes today. Top is a cake batter flavored cookie full of crushed animal cookies and white chocolate. Bottom is a chocolate chip cookie base with white chocolate as well as crushed chocolate chip cookies and Oreos. I'll let you know how my quality control team likes them!
