Today, I am taking apart the little Museum at the bakery. People told me it was wasted space from a business standpoint…but a little girl saw a typewriter for the first time.
She asked her Grandmother what it was. And so, Grandmother explained. The look on the little girl’s face was priceless…
The Telegraph key was another source of wonder for children when it was explained that that was the instrument used to send messages before telephones. They were amazed!
The record book that recorded Veterans on Veterans’s Day and guests from five countries.
The Hurricane Breeze Centennial Edition from 1988. The commission for Hurricane Postmaster signed by President Dwight D. Eisenhower.
I am honored to have shared a little bit of history.
