This weekend I was super excited and nervous !! I was asked to make a sourdough cake out of fresh milled flour . This was my first cake I have ever made. ( not counting the family cakes I have made lol they never looked like this , just a basic sheet cake. ) But I am super proud of myself. And loved how it turned out 😍😍

What started in a small cottage kitchen with flour-covered counters and a bubbly sourdough starter has grown into something we never could have imagined.
