Southern Sweet Dreams We specialize in designer cakes, wedding cakes, cupcakes, special occassion cakes and Holiday desserts. Homemade candies are available by special request.

I am a cake designer that has over 30 years of experience. I can create just about any cake you desire, from wedding cakes, childrens cakes, and other homemade desserts. Please place any order you have at least one week ahead of your event. If fondant is involved in your cake design, I would like two weeks notice for any drying time needed. wn, with balance being paid in full two weeks before event. I will do indepth consultation with all brides if desired. Frostings are all homemade unless otherwise desired. Only the best ingredients are used such as butter, pure vanilla extract, and all the best name brand flavorings. All orders must be picked up by Saturday morning at the latest. No SUNDAY orders as this is family time. Delivery may be requested if needed with a minimum of a $25 or more delivery fee, depending on mileage.

Amazing how rediculous this is. Wilton made a cake form pan in 2001 for this purpose. Calls for 1 cake mix. The cake mixes you purchase today fill this pan about 1/2 full. The manufacturers have cut way back on volume, then raised the price of the mix. Another manufacturers make a doll for this cake. The clothes and hair are protected by plastic, but this doll does not even come close to fitting in the cake form. 3 cakes later and engineering, the cake is finally finished. Another option, would be to cut the legs off the doll to fit, and scar some poor little girl for life when she pulls the doll from the cake! Should not be that difficult to put together, lol
