Sometimes, sh*t happens. If The Great British Bake Off has taught me anything, it’s that sometimes things don go how you expect. Planned on making a pistachio bundt cake for my dad’s birthday. My cake pan had other plans. I didn’t have time to remake it, so I pivoted. Ran to the store, picked up some pudding mix, raspberries, cool whip and dark chocolate. Voila! Pistachio cake trifle!!

Ain't she pretty? "Pi" day competition at work this week - my submission is a chocolate raspberry tart. Oreo crust, thin layer of raspberry jam, dark chocolate ganache, raspberries and a dark chocolate drizzle. 🍫❤️👩🏻‍🍳

Every year I come up with a different holiday inspired macaron. This year I present the cranberry mule macaron! Traditional almond shell, white chocolate cranberry ganache with a hint of ginger and rosemary and a cranberry ginger compote. Sweet with a hint of spice from the ginger and tang from the cranberries. Also made a green shell (not pictured) which is nut free using pumpkin seed flour. 🇫🇷👩‍🍳❤️
