Ain't she pretty? "Pi" day competition at work this week - my submission is a chocolate raspberry tart. Oreo crust, thin layer of raspberry jam, dark chocolate ganache, raspberries and a dark chocolate drizzle. 🍫❤️👩🏻‍🍳

Snow storm? Why not make some macarons! Had some leftover cranberry ginger ganache and compote so decided to whip up a double batch!

Every year I come up with a different holiday inspired macaron. This year I present the cranberry mule macaron! Traditional almond shell, white chocolate cranberry ganache with a hint of ginger and rosemary and a cranberry ginger compote. Sweet with a hint of spice from the ginger and tang from the cranberries. Also made a green shell (not pictured) which is nut free using pumpkin seed flour. 🇫🇷👩‍🍳❤️

Back at it! Made ' Challah this morning! Promised my husband after the race I'd get back to making him bread. This is my first attempt at challah and I'm so pleased!

Been baking less lately because I was training for the San Jose 1/2 marathon this past weekend. Now that that is all done, I plan on getting back to it and brining some more content to my page!
