Erica’s Bread Boutique Erica's Bread Boutique is an all sourdough, organic microbakery in beautiful Huntington Beach, CA. And I cannot WAIT to bake for you!

A little about Erica:
1) I was born and raised in Southern California, and have never lived anywhere else. (Yep, we do exist!)
2) I have been married for almost 18 years, and have two gorgeous children (if I may say so myself) who are now both sourdough junkies.
3) All I want in the world is to own a pet pig someday. So far, Hubby is not on board....but I'll keep working on it....
4) My sourd

ough starter's name is Samwise, because as a huge Tolkien nerd, I can't think of anything more wholesome, stable, dependable and tough-as-nails than Samwise Gamgee. And lemme tell you, my starter totally lives up to his namesake.
5) Baking is, for me, the ultimate language of love.
