Hello and welcome,
If you’re new here let me introduce myself.
I was acting Head chef and eventually grew into a director of kitchen operations at Model Meals. I build my IG community mainly through my work with them. I am a mother of three and a motherly figure for my sister’s children, sometimes you may catch me hanging out with all 6 of them and nothing makes me happier than being there to see them grow.
I am 200 hour certified hot yoga instructor and a seasonal practitioner. I started my healing journey about 6 years ago and I am committed to continue to practice and promote preventative health care through my products, education and example.
For those of you who wonder how the name “Cheffy Clau” came about, here is a short story of how I got that name.
