Bear with me as this will be a long post as there is a lot to update on.

What. A. Week….. and it’s only Thursday 🤦🏻‍♀️ As everyone knows, my counterpart (Hillary) is selling/has sold Monarch Social. After many, many talks with my family, AKA the backbone of Cupkate’s, we have decided to take this opportunity to make a fresh start elsewhere. Where that will be, I will update as soon as I have something firm to share. In the meantime, our prepackaged baked goods can be found at Madi + Co. Madison and I will ensure you have all of your favorites, baked fresh and easily available for you to grab when your sweet tooth strikes. I will still be baking, still be available for custom orders, and of course always happily willing to make you whatever you would like any day of the week! My pickup fridge is still going strong 💕

In regards to the cancer of spammers that I cannot get away from on the business page due to my personal profile being hacked, I simply give up. I will have to make a new business FB page. I will keep you informed once it is up.

On May 1st, Monarch Social will no longer be the home of Cupkate’s and I will delete this business page.

Thank you to Hillary for sharing her space with Cupkate’s to get my business feet wet. Thank you to our staff for loving me, my family, my customers, and my baked goods. Especially thank you to our customers who have supported us. I am forever grateful for you all 💕

The FB hackers/spammers win this one. I (Kate) have had to make a new personal account and due to the other personal account being fully tied to the business social media, will have to make a new business FB account so I can have full access to it. In the meantime, friends feel free to add my new account!

Do you remember the Amish bakery that was in Clarksburg 15ish years ago? While pregnant with my first child, I (Kate) fell absolutely in love with their tea cakes/sugar cookies. It has not been a flavor or texture I could forget. While playing around with snickerdoodle recipes, I made a cookie that brought me back to that little building that used to be filled with baked goods in Clarksburg 🤤

At Cupkate’s, they will have the name of sugar cookie! Come try one and see if you think they are similar to the goodies from our memories 💕
