If you are wondering about who the faces are behind this page then we would like to introduce ourselves. My name is Allie King and along with my husband Brandon King, we are starting a small cottage market/microbakery right here in Dubois County! We make freshly baked goods including breads, cookies, cinnamon rolls, muffins, bagels, and soft pretzels but with a slight twist. Everything we make is
made with our Sourdough starter. We strive to make quality goods at a reasonable cost and we truly believe our baked goods are some of the best. Not only are we using sourdough in everything we make, we are also using simple, organic, and locally sourced ingredients which we are happy to shout out! Our prep areas and equipment are all cleaned with non toxic cleaners as well. It makes our hearts so happy to be able to provide quality goods to this community. We truly believe we have found our passion as we are constantly learning and refining our techniques. We have been diligently doing our research and testing out recipes these last few months and now feel confident enough in our products that we are going to begin taking orders. We currently do hold full times jobs so we will be taking preorders each week and have all your goods ready for pickups on Friday-Sunday. We also have a few other side projects in the works and hope to have gluten free options, fresh produce, and cut flower arrangements available soon!
