๐ Frequently asked questions about bread!!
1. When do I bake bread? All the time โบ๏ธ if you donโt see a post, just message me & Iโll give you the turn around time!! Typically 24 hours. A days notice is good for 1-2 loaves.
2. What flavors of sourdough do I bake? I stick to savory loaves! ๐ง๐ง๐ง๐ฟ๐ถ๏ธ

โข jalapeรฑo cheddar
โข pepperoni & mozzarella

3. Can you make my loaf round or rectangle? I can do both! Traditional round loaves are made in a dutch oven, rectangular sandiwch bread I bake in a loaf pan!
4. What do you bake regularly? Bread, fioaccia, cookies ๐ช dinner rolls!
5. What is fioaccia? Itโs a flatbread style sourdough made on a cookie sheet, it can be flavored however your heart desires!! Fioaccia I love to bake for desserts, so sweet or savory!
6. How long is my bread good for? Usually about a week depending on storage! You can get more out of it in the fridge or even putting half in the freezer!!
