I am a self taught baker and cake decorator. I have been baking professionally for 9 years and cake decorating for 4 years. I remember following my Grandmother's every move from the time I could walk. Watching her create meals and desserts from scratch has always been my inspiration. After a couple years of college, I began working in the bakery for a major company and eventually worked my way int

o management. It didn't take long to understand my calling and my passion. With the love and support of my mother and family I decided to take this step to sharing my gift with the world. Love, patience, and soul are most important ingredients to my tasty creations.
