Congratulation to the Genoa-Hugo-Karval elementary football teams, on a season well played. We saw amazing sportsmanship from these youngsters. Thank you to all of the adults who helped to foster this spirit in the kids, especially Curt and Mindy Dutro and Trey and Katia James plus some very diligent water bearers.
A great job was done by the GH Cheer Squad, as they shared their talent with a HUGE crew of Cheer Clinic attendees. The performance at Friday’s game was STELLAR! What a GREAT GAME, as well. GHK Football was on 🔥🔥🔥!!!

Good Morning from your friends at The Moose Roost Bakery & Coffee Shop, 329 4th Street in Hugo. WOW! Saturday was a day! We had to make a second trip back to the Moose Roost to pick up more stuff for the Farm Bureau meeting, when we noticed that the haunted house and cat in the park were pretty well folded over from a wind gust. We couldn’t do anything about it at the time. Sunday, Michael went over, expecting the worst! God is good. It folded at the center connection… so we still have lights!!!
