Dear Sweet Friends and Wooden Nickel Family,

After many years of being your baker, it saddens me to say that I will no longer be operating as The Wooden Nickel. As some of you know, I moved to Sulphur Springs last December and have been making weekly deliveries to HS & Daingerfield. Much thought and prayer has gone into making this decision. While I am no longer taking orders through here, I am still doing what I love and living my dream baking and decorating with some amazing ladies at Sugar Emporium in Mt. Pleasant. Please call or stop by and see us. I’m able to do so many of the things that I never had time for before. Call, text or message me to order. You will still get the same great quality and service that you always have. I love and appreciate each and every one of you. I have watched your families grow with every birthday, anniversary, and holiday that passes. Again, I urge you to give me a call at my new location. It would be an honor to continue working with you.

I will have 20 dozen 4th of July cookies available for delivery either Saturday July 1 or Monday July 3. They are sold by the dozen only. $20/dozen

Vacation is over & we are back open. I am completely booked for this week & weekend. The rest of the month is quickly filling up. I will post 4th of July options later this week & will start taking orders!

It’s one month until Father’s Day!! These are absolutely the cutest!! They can be filled with decorated or gourmet cookies, dipped strawberries or candy. Prices are based on filling. We can do any team!
