I gave myself last week to adjust to this whole homeschool + bakery life and not try to do ALL THE THINGS at once. 😅📚

Because honestly, the only thing this kitchen was producing last week was frozen dinners and homework assignments. 😂

But we’re back at it this week! 🙌🏻

Alright Texas heat & humidity… I’m done fighting you🥵

I had to toss about $30 worth of Blueberry Peach Cobbler Muffins because the humidity + juicy fruit basically started their own science experiment. 🤣 So yeah… Mother Nature won that round.

We’re skipping the cute stand setup and going straight to the ice chest. I’d rather lose a little “aesthetic” than send y’all home with anything less than perfect. ❤️

And yes—everything was made fresh this morning! 😋

I’m grateful this weekend was so productive 😅 but ya girl is just now catching up on messages and orders and back-to-school shenanigans and homeschooling necessities and this is officially the longest run-on sentence I’ve ever written and at this point I’m pretty sure I’m just rage-baiting all my favorite teachers on this page. 🤣

ANYWHOOOOO. 🦉

Fresh 🍑🫐 Blueberry Peach Muffins are in the Stand, 🥖Bread is in the oven, and as soon as I finish writing this, I’m getting started on the 🍫 Matilda Madness (Chocolate) Muffins.

And listen… if y’all don’t come get that Chocolate Croissant Loaf out of the Stand today, I’m turning it into Chocolate Chip French Toast in the morning.

I have absolutely no problem eating my own inventory. 😂

Don’t mind my work boots… these dogs are TIRED. 🥾🧸

I’ve been strongly considering keeping the Farm Stand open for EVERYDAY sales, prepping for 3–4 days just to spend a solid 12–14 hours baking in one day is just not working for us anymore.

These feet have finally filed a formal complaint. 😂 Anyone have a super comfy slipper rec??

We’re gonna try something different this week!

I’ll be replacing Cookies, Buns/Rolls & Bread as they sell out, so instead of trying to make everything in one giant bake, I can keep things fresh and restock throughout the week.

Basically… more fresh goodies, less “I can’t feel my feet” baking days. 😂
