I will never in a million years let another person bully my employees or myself - especially a grown adult. Do BETTER.

Artisan baked goods are a luxury expense - and my employees deserve to make a living. After all they show up every morning and create incredible things every day - sometimes for upwards of 12 hours in our busy seasons.

To be so personally offended by our prices and suggest that I cheapen our products and thus the HARD WORK of my employees for your own convenience is simply inappropriate.

I absolutely WILL hang up and refuse service if you blatantly insult me and my business over the phone! I don’t want your money.

**And we haven’t changed our brownie prices in over a year lol.
