Sourdough isn’t something we rush.
Every loaf we make is naturally fermented with no yeast, no shortcuts. Just time, patience, and a lot of love poured into every step. It’s a slow process, but it’s one we’ve worked hard to truly get right.
So when we hear things like, “one of the best sourdough loaves I’ve ever tried”… it means everything to us.
