We use heavy-duty screen curtains to let the evening breeze in while keeping the bugs out. It’s not just an add-on; it’s about reclaiming your evenings.

Just finished up this dual-stair layout in Andover.
The goal was a clean, durable space without overcomplicating it. We used Fiberon decking and Trex railings up top. To finish it off, we wrapped the cold-form steel frame with matching composite fascia to completely hide the substructure. No exposed metal, just a solid build ready for use.

Bringing a complete backyard vision to life takes time, and high-quality outdoor spaces are often built in carefully planned phases.

We originally started this project back in January 2025, framing the main structure with our cold-formed steel system and finishing the surface with Fiberon Sanctuary decking. Now, we are back for the next step. We just wrapped up installing the under-deck ceiling, creating a clean, protected dry space below the main deck.

The next phase will be prepping the ground underneath to lay a new patio.

After that, we will complete the design by adding privacy walls and finishing the exposed structural posts with premium composite.

Building for the future means doing things the right way, even if it takes multiple steps to reach the final result.

Spring is finally in full swing here in New England. With the trees in bloom and the outdoor furniture set up, this is exactly what a low-maintenance backyard should look like.

For the surface, we used the Fiberon Sanctuary line. We prefer it for its reliable consistency, durability, and rich texture that blends right into the natural landscape. Underneath, it is supported by our cold-formed steel framing system. Traditional lumber rots and shifts, but upgrading the frame ensures the structure matches the lifespan of the premium composite boards on top.

We do not believe in permanent guarantees, but we do believe in striving for the absolute best durability possible. We are building for the future so you can simply relax and enjoy the view.
