Y’all… look at these Strawberry Shortcake Ice Cream Cake Pops! 🍦💗

I’ve been wanting to try these forever and finally jumped in today. They turned out so dang cute — little mini cones dipped in pink drizzle and sprinkles that look straight out of a summer daydream. 🌸🍨

Still perfecting them, but for a first attempt… I’m kinda obsessed. 😍
