A little behind-the-scenes peek into our home life!

Our cooling racks aren’t always filled with cookies.

Tonight, they’re loaded up with homemade protein waffles as we prep breakfasts for the week ahead for our crew. One thing that’s really important to us is making food that not only tastes amazing, but also helps fuel our family well.

Over time, we’ve developed a protein-forward pancake and waffle batter that our kids absolutely LOVE — and they have no clue it’s packed with healthy ingredients that help keep them full, energized, and properly fueled for long school days without the sugar crash that comes from a lot of typical processed breakfast foods.

As much as Albee’s Bakery is about sweet treats, it’s also about our love for baking, creating, feeding people well, and making food that brings comfort and joy to the table.

And honestly… seeing these waffles ready for the week is just as satisfying as a tray of fresh cookies!

Taco ‘Bout Adorable!

This fun 12” cookie cake went out yesterday for a baby shower, and we are absolutely obsessed with how it turned out!

From the colorful buttercream border to the adorable avocado design, this one was such a fun theme to bring to life!

Our cookie cakes are baked fresh, soft and chewy, and customized just for your special occasion — birthdays, baby showers, graduations, sports parties, and more!

And yes… every square can be pre-cut because nobody wants to be fighting over who cuts the cookie cake at the party! 😂
