A special cake for a special young lady!

This 6" cookie cake was made with our thick, chewy chocolate chip cookie base and generous swirls of scratch-made buttercream in blue, purple, and white. We love how these colors came together!

Personal touches make a sweet treat even more special, and we hope this one brought a big smile to her face!

Our 6" cookie cakes are a sweet option for smaller celebrations or a thoughtful surprise. Send us a message to plan one for someone special!

A little something sweet for Sandridge Elementary’s fall festival! 🍂

We were happy to donate these scratch-made vanilla cupcakes to Sandridge Elementary’s PTO for their cake walk! Each one is topped with a generous swirl of vanilla buttercream and some fun fall sprinkles.

We love opportunities to support our local schools and help make these events a little sweeter. Thank you to the PTO and all the volunteers who put their time and heart into creating fun memories for students and families!

We hope the lucky cake walk winners enjoyed every bite!

Our cookie cake orders are picking up, and we’re ALL about it! 🍪

These recent birthday orders helped celebrate turning 7 and the big 4-0, and we had so much fun making them!

Cookie cakes are one of our favorite things to make. Combining the deliciousness of a thick, soft, chewy cookie with the creativity of a custom cake… what’s not to love? Add our scratch-made buttercream and a design made just for your celebration, and you’ve got something pretty special!

And when we say thick, we mean it—there’s plenty of cookie goodness in every slice!

Thank you for trusting us with your celebrations and continuing to recommend our little bakery to your friends and family. Every order means so much to us!

Birthday blooms and a little surprise! 🌸

This custom strawberry cake went out last weekend for a special little girl’s birthday! The request was a simple, elegant white finish with flowers.

Knowing just how special and bubbly the birthday girl is, we naturally had to add a little surprise—a burst of color on the inside to match her bright personality!

We hope she had a wonderful birthday and enjoyed every bite of her cake, especially that little color surprise when it was sliced!

It means so much to be trusted with these special celebrations. Thank you for letting Albee’s have a small part in making her day a little sweeter!

Message us to plan a custom cake for your next celebration.

Just look at that thickness! 🍪

This chocolate chip cookie cake went out this week for a couples’ retreat, dressed up in teal, lavender, and white buttercream and pre-sliced for easy sharing!

Take a peek at that side view—we bake our cookie cakes nice and thick, so every slice has a generous helping of chocolate chip cookie goodness. Made from scratch with real ingredients and finished with our signature buttercream, they’re a sweet way to celebrate together!

A sweet surprise and a soccer birthday celebration went out the door this weekend!

We made another vanilla gender reveal cake, decorated with pink and blue swirls and a little secret inside for the family to discover. We also turned our scratch-made carrot cake into a soccer ball birthday cake, complete with a personalized jersey and a piped grass border!

We love getting to make something special for these moments. Thank you for trusting Albee’s with your celebrations—and for the shares and recommendations that keep bringing new customers our way!
