GRADUATION PARTY READY! 🎓

One of our biggest orders to date just went out the door this afternoon, and we're absolutely honored to be part of such a special celebration!

For this graduation party, we created:

3 dozen Chocolate Chip Cookies
4 dozen Brownies
4 dozen Custom Macarons
6 dozen Custom Cake Pops

The macarons and cake pops were custom designed in Swansboro High School colors to help celebrate a huge milestone in style!

Seeing everything come together from a simple idea to over 200 handcrafted treats never gets old. Every cookie, brownie, macaron, and cake pop was made from scratch right here in our home kitchen.

Congratulations to the graduate, and thank you for trusting Albee's Bakery to be part of such an important day! We hope the celebration is filled with great memories, lots of laughter, and plenty of sweets.

NEW COOKIE ALERT!!!

I may have accidentally created a problem in our house...

For as long as I've been baking, Josh's favorite cookie has always been the Brownie Cookie, which was the OG special cookie I started making many years ago. Although he loves every flavor cookie I make, nothing else has ever come close to taking that top spot.

Well, after trying these new Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies, he's having a full-blown identity crisis. 🤣

These cookies are packed with rich chocolate flavor, loaded with decadent chocolate chips, and balanced perfectly with just the right amount of peanut butter. Neither flavor steals the show—they work together to create something that is absolutely ridiculous.

I've watched Josh go back and forth trying to decide if it's even possible to have a new favorite after all these years. At this point, I think he's considering declaring a tie just to avoid making a decision.

One thing we can both agree on: if you eat one, there's a very good chance you'll be reaching for another... and another...

Teacher Treat Cookie Cake delivery day is officially complete!

We are so happy with how these turned out, and even more excited knowing that 48 teachers, coaches, and school staff members will be enjoying a sweeter day because of your generosity.
