Sunday Confession: I have a horrible case of imposters syndrome- like most Chef’s, I think. Everyone thinks I’ve got it all together, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. I question my abilities quite often actually. I’ve got a hard head, a love of learning, brute determination and very strong Faith. Add a supportive husband and copious amounts of caffeine and that’s the secret for when people say to me “I don’t know how you do it all.”

During “Bandtober” you will find me with the Swansboro Marching Pirates! The only thing that makes me prouder than being their sponsor, is being one of the band mom’s! Those 98 kids played and danced their hearts out today and I am SO proud of them!
