Good afternoon,
I just want to let you or make you aware of sugar foam you might get with strawberry and peach jam. I do not use an anti foaming agent in my jam due to the chemical make up nor do I use butter as some for the foaming that is caused with the high temperature that is required to fill the jars and make them seal . If you have any questions or concerns about your jar please feel free to call or send a message
