We had a "family" bread baking class this weekend with Thomas. It was such fun learning about artisan bread, and making memories with this crazy group! It was a little big, but then we have a big family! Even with 10, there were some left out. This was a great way to learn something new and spend time with family. I would highly recommend it!

There's something amazingly restorative about making your own chicken stock! It's one of the first things I learned in culinary school and brings me back home every time I make it. I'll use the stock tomorrow to make a huge batch of a particular chicken soup for a catering function I have on Sunday.
