We’ve prepared a menu of our favorites for the weekend:
☕ Hot Coffee, Cold Brew, Chai Latte, and London Fog
✨ Our famous cardamom rolls – made with freshly ground cardamom and topped with cream cheese frosting
🥐 Croissant breakfast sandwiches & grilled cheeses – all made with CannonBelles Queso Fresco Cheese
🍋 Lemonade – choose from regular, blueberry, lavender, or frosted
🍦 Taiyaki ice cream cones – that’s right, fish-shaped waffle cones filled with soft serve

We will also have whole bean coffee and merchandise. Come by, grab your favorites, and enjoy a taste of the Gunflint Trail.

We’re excited to share that Carlson Roasting Co is now Loons Nest Coffee!

Our business has grown beyond our Houston, MN roastery and evolved with the addition of our coffee shop on the Gunflint Trail outside Grand Marais, MN. The Loons Nest Coffee name better reflects who we are and where we’re headed. We are focused on MN, those who love MN, and those who love the wilderness. The Loons Nest Coffee name reflects our vision and passion.

Loons Nest Coffee is the same Carlson Roasting crew, the same quality, and our same continued commitment to quality organic and Fair-Trade coffee. It’s the same heart behind everything we do—just with a fresh new name we’re proud of.
