Certainly some cakes hold a special place in our hearts and this one was absolutely extraordinary. Mrs LuAnne Reynolds Mangham was an outstanding educator who inspired me and her class sparked the flame of passion for baking that I still cherish. When Kristi entrusted me with her birthday cake request I felt truly honored and humbled. Wishing you a happy birthday Mrs Mangham!
