Fresh turnovers and a little Houston bakery nostalgia.

Every morning, we’re still baking the old-school way — made from scratch by hand, just like Houston has come to expect from us since 1956. Flaky pastry, sweet fillings, and something worth waking up early for.

Cherry, strawberry, apple, vanilla cream chocolate — choosing just one might be the hardest part.

The Original Kolache Shoppe has been part of Houston mornings for 70 years, and we’re grateful to keep that tradition fresh every day.

Dear Kolache Family,

Since Monday morning, we’ve been without power due to the hurricane. A huge thanks to our Zeppelin Coffee team for bringing over the Tesla Cybertruck to power our coolers. Thanks to this amazing truck’s power-sharing feature, we’ve kept all of our ingredients fresh. We’re eagerly waiting to reopen and serve you as soon as power is restored.
