Hi! I'm Andrea de Gortari and I run a home based bakery in the Montrose/Museum District in Houston, TX. I put out set menus around major holidays.

I recommend 3-4 weeks notice for custom orders. I've been baking professionally for over 15 years and I've been doing cakes from home for even longer. I've created this page to share photos, exciting news and hopefully gain new customers and friends along the way.

Chocolate cookie with cinnamon and a hint of clove decorated with a Mexican vanilla royal icing.
Using the hot chocolate tablets from gifted me, cuz we don't mess with Nestle in this household
